Yes, we are shipping Internationally to 239 countries. Check if yours is one.

It depends on where you are. Usually take around 2-3 days to process your order and ship it out. Shipping time is usually another 2-4 days.

Express Shipping options are available.

For big drops/holidays it can take up to a week to ship out due to high demand.

Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails unfortunately get sent there by accident. If you have an order reference number i.e #0123, then the order has gone through. If you have not received an email confirmation email, contact us and we can resend it.

Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed online as they are sent to the warehouse immediately in order to ensure prompt dispatch. For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. 

Failure to provide the correct full address will cause your order will likely be processed but will fail to reach you. We are not liable to resend your order if you provide the incorrect address. 

You can return an order within 30 days of the order being placed. Please send an email to faithfulchampions@gmail.com including your order number to find out how to return your order.
